2008 FCA Bowl Breakfast

@ The Roady's Humanitarian Bowl - Boise, Idaho
Monday, Dec.  29th - 8 am - Boise Center on the Grove

Come join us Monday, December 29th at 8am for the FCA Bowl Breakfast. We'll have athletes and coaches speak from the WAC and ACC teams playing in the Roady's Humanitarian Bowl as well as Dr. Ken Hutcherson, our Keynote speaker.

Ken was a 4th round draft pick to the Dallas Cowboys out of the University of West of Alabama where he was a NAIA All-American. Ken also played with the Chargers & was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the 1976 Expansion Draft. Ken is the pastor of Antioch Bible Church in Kirkland WA and he has been a guest on the "Focus on the Family" radio Broadcast, as well as a speaker with the Billy Graham Crusade.

The last 3 years at the Breakfast we've been challenged by Nebraska Assistant Coach, Ron Brown, former Seahawk David Hughes and former Redskin/Raider Jay Schroeder!

This year's FCA Bowl Breakfast will again be at the Boise Centre on the Grove in downtown Boise (9th & Front). Please download the Bowl Breakfast Flier below for more details!

"Fields of Faith" 2008 in the Treasure Valley

The Fall of 2008, saw 4 campuses host a "Fields of Faith" Rally: Kuna, Meridian, Parma and Nampa HS (all the Nampa schools) with a total attendance of 720! There were many students who committed their lives to Christ and there were hundreds who committed to reading the Word of God daily. The challenge was to read a Chapter of John a day for the rest of the month of October. These events were blessed by God and planned and ran by student athletes and coaches on these campuses. Kuna HS Fields of Faith rally was attented by 180+ students from Kuna MS & Kuna HS! The Meridian FOF rally was attended by students from Boise HS FCA, Eagle HS FCA, Cole Valley HS, & Meridian Middle FCA as well as the Meridian HS FCA Huddle. The Parma FOF consisted of FCA Huddles from Greenleaf, Middleton & Parma. The FOF in Nampa was hosted at Nampa HS this year and members of the FCA Huddles from Skyview HS, Nampa HS, Calvary Christian HS, Columbia HS & Nampa Christian were in attendance!

In 2007, we had 4 campuses (Kuna, Meridian, Parma and the Nampa Schools @ Nampa Christian) host a Fields of Faith Rally on their Football field with 369 in attendance. In 2006, only 3 campuses were involved & we had 175 attend! God has grown the impact in many people's lives over the last 3 years!
